AMC support is applicable in license model only after one year of deployment. The process involves troubleshooting technical issues and resolving issues online or at site depending on the nature of problem. The idea is to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the transmission in order to maintain required operational efficiency. AMC charge is very competitive because of providing one window business solution. NAV currently have AMC contract with Television Broadcaster, MSO, MMDS and LCO throughout the country.
